Sickness
The health and safety of our clients and staff are our top priority. If you're feeling unwell or experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. We do not charge a cancellation fee for appointments rescheduled due to sickness. Simply give us a call, and we'll be happy to find a new time that works for you. Your wellness comes first!
Cancellations
Cancellations require 24 hours before the scheduled service. Within 24 hours of the service, we reserve the right charge a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service cost. No Call, No Show is subject to up to 100% of service cost.
